The accident occurred around 5 p.m. on Loz Feliz Boulevard when Pax, riding an e-bike or scooter, collided with a vehicle that was stopped at a red light. LAPD Officer David Cuellar provided details about the crash, noting that Pax was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
