Yvonne Furneaux, Cherished Actress, Passes Away at 98

Bruno Zanin, renowned for his role as Titta in Federico Fellini's classic film “Amarcord,” has passed away at the age of 73. Zanin was not only an accomplished actor but also a writer and war reporter, contributing significantly to the arts and journalism throughout his life. Yvonne Furneaux, another notable figure in the film industry, is remembered for her remarkable performances in various films, including Michelangelo Antonioni's “Le Amiche” (1955) and Roman Polanski's psychological thriller “Repulsion” (1965). In “Le Amiche,” she played a vengeful socialite, while in “Repulsion,” she portrayed the older sister of a disturbed character, further establishing her versatility as an actress.
