Elderly man fights off bear attack in Shivpuri jungle

On Thursday, an elderly man named Kaptaan Singh Rawat was attacked by three bears while he was grazing his buffaloes in the Shivpuri jungle of Madhya Pradesh. This incident occurred during the rainy season, a time when Rawat typically stays in the jungle to tend to his livestock. The sudden bear attack left him severely injured, prompting immediate action from his family and local residents. Despite sustaining serious injuries, Rawat bravely fought back against the bears using a stick he had with him. His determination to defend himself allowed him to fend off the attackers, showcasing remarkable courage in a life-threatening situation. After the attack, he managed to make his way back to his camp, where he received assistance from others in the area. Once informed about the attack, Rawat's family quickly took him to Gwalior for medical treatment.
