Tragedy strikes in McCreary

On August 16, 2024, the RM of McCreary, near Ste Rose du Lac, Manitoba, was shaken by a series of tragic events that resulted in the deaths of three individuals. The RCMP is treating these deaths as homicides. The search for the missing woman continued, and by around 1:00 pm, she was found safe and taken to the hospital for precautionary measures. The RCMP has stated that they are not seeking any additional suspects in relation to these deaths.
