Family seeks help to identify remains of Fox Hollow victims in Indiana

In Westfield, Indiana, a memorial was dedicated to honor the nine identified victims of the Fox Hollow Farm serial killings, which occurred in the 1990s. The event marked the first public recognition of these victims, alongside an unknown number of unidentified remains. A total of 10,000 pieces of human remains were discovered on the estate of serial killer Herb Baumeister, who is believed to have murdered numerous men during the 1980s and 1990s. Linda Znachko, founder of He Knows Your Name, collaborated with Hamilton County Coroner Jeffrey Jellison to ensure that the unidentified deceased are remembered. During the memorial, a plaque was unveiled listing the identified victims, with space allocated for future names. An outdoor sculpture was also installed, along with an ossuary for families wishing to bury their loved ones at the memorial site. Jellison, who inherited the case upon his election as coroner, has dedicated himself to identifying the unknown remains. The nine victims identified so far include Jeffrey Allen "Jeff" Jones and Allen Lee Livingston, among others. The last victim was identified just last year, while the others were recognized in the 1990s. Matthew Pranger, a cousin of one of the victims, attended the memorial to advocate for other families to come forward. He emphasized the importance of providing a place of rest for the victims and ensuring that their stories are not forgotten. The memorial serves as a significant step in honoring the lives lost and addressing the ongoing investigation into the unidentified remains.
