This funding follows a $2 million seed round from Project A Ventures a year prior. Founded in London, the company is relocating its headquarters to San Francisco while maintaining an office in London. The CEO, Hasan Sukkar, emphasizes the potential of AI agents to automate tasks traditionally performed by humans, enhancing productivity without human intervention. The company initially launched Alice, an AI sales representative, and has since introduced Jordan, an AI phone representative capable of engaging in intelligent conversations lasting up to 30 minutes. With nearly $10 million in annual recurring revenue, 11x.ai has attracted notable clients such as Brex, DataStax, and Otter. Sukkar envisions a future where autonomous agents become integral to the workforce, operating on autopilot and performing high-skill tasks. Despite the promising outlook, 11x.ai faces competition from established players like UiPath, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, as well as a growing number of emerging AI sales bot startups. The rapid growth of this market has drawn significant interest from venture capitalists, with Benchmark's Sarah Tavel expressing confidence in the company's potential. As the demand for AI-driven solutions increases, 11x.ai aims to expand its offerings with two additional digital workers set to launch soon. The company’s mission stems from Sukkar's personal experiences with monotonous tasks, highlighting the need for innovative solutions that can free human potential from repetitive labor.
