He noted that the only standout feature was the unique stilt homes, but overall, he felt underwhelmed by the attractions. Bahrain also received a lukewarm review from Binsky, who mentioned that the only highlight was the Formula 1 race, which he had not attended. He found the country to be dry and lacking excitement, although he did partake in the underground party scene, which he felt disconnected from culturally.
