Al Jazeera and Eutelsat Renew Broadcast Partnership Across MENA and Europe

Al Jazeera Media Network has reaffirmed its partnership with Eutelsat Group for broadcast services across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. This multi-year agreement ensures the continuity of Al Jazeera's SD and HD channels at key Eutelsat satellite positions, including 7/8° West for MENA audiences and EUTELSAT HOTBIRD for European viewers. The HOTBIRD position is particularly significant, reaching 130 million homes and serving Arab communities in Europe. Eutelsat's President of the Video Business Unit, Laurence Delpy, expressed pride in continuing to support one of the largest international news networks. The partnership highlights the importance of satellite technology in delivering content to vast audiences, ensuring that millions can access Al Jazeera's programming.
