On December 5, 2024, in Orlando, Florida, Zen Technologies, a leading firm in defense training and anti-drone solutions from India, announced a strategic partnership with Applied Visual Technology Inc. D.B.A. AVT Simulation. This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to enhance military training and simulation solutions for defense and security forces in the U.S. market. The partnership aligns with the growing demand for advanced and immersive training platforms amidst evolving defense needs. At the I/ITSEC 2024 event, which is renowned as the largest gathering for modelling, simulation, and training, Zen showcased its latest technological advancements including revolutionary systems like the Tank Containerized Crew Gunnery Simulator and Infantry Virtual Training Simulation System (IVTSS). This event plays a crucial role for Zen to connect with key U.S. defense leaders and strengthen its position in Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The collaboration seeks not only to combine Zen's innovative technologies, backed by over 155 patents, with AVT’s expertise in tailored simulation systems but also to set new benchmarks in defense training. The partnership is positioned to address an urgent demand in the U.S. for effective training solutions, fueled by the increased import of Indian defense technologies, which surpassed $2.8 billion over the past five years. Kyle Crooks, CEO of AVT Simulation, expressed enthusiasm for working alongside a well-established company like Zen, indicating that this partnership would enhance the effectiveness of warfighters. As Zen Technologies continues to push the boundaries of innovation in defense technology, the alliance with AVT Simulation represents a pivotal step in their goal to meet the military's evolving training needs effectively.
