In recent developments, a new artificial intelligence chatbot named Humain Chat has been launched with a focus on Islamic values. Humain, an AI company backed by Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund, announced the arrival of this Arabic-focused chatbot designed specifically to cater to the two billion Muslim population globally. The creators of Humain Chat have gone to great lengths to ensure it aligns with Islamic moral principles, embracing an ethical framework unique to the cultural context of the Arab world. The CEO of Humain, Tareq Amin, emphasized that the introduction of Humain Chat marks a significant stride for Saudi Arabia in establishing autonomous artificial intelligence that is technically sound while being culturally authentic. The chatbot is built on a sophisticated language model called ALLAM 34B, developed with the collaborative effort of over 120 AI specialists, including 35 Ph.D. holders. The construction of two new AI campuses has begun, comprising 11 data centers that will have a collective capacity of 200 megawatts to support the operations of Humain Chat. To solidify its competitive stance against Falcon 3, Saudi Arabia has invested a monumental sum of $10 billion into the development and promotion of Humain Chat.
