RevHealth, a pharmaceutical marketing and communications agency based in Morristown, New Jersey, has announced significant changes to its leadership team as part of a reorganization plan. On September 10, 2024, the agency appointed William Martino as Chief Commercial Officer and Jamie Caprio as Managing Director, Strategy. Martino brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing, having previously held leadership roles at 21GRAMS, Evoke, and Wunderman Thompson Health. Caprio, also a former executive at 21GRAMS, has a strong background in strategic planning from her time at Grey Group and Ogilvy. The appointments of Martino and Caprio are seen as pivotal for RevHealth as they aim to enhance their service offerings and adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape. CEO Ben Beckley expressed confidence in their abilities, highlighting Martino's innovative approach and Caprio's strategic insight as essential for the agency's growth. The new roles are intended to strengthen the agency's leadership and better position it to meet client needs in a competitive market. In addition to the new appointments, RevHealth has promoted several internal leaders, including Julia Sanders to Managing Director of Client Service and Erin Counihan to Head of Engagement Strategy. These promotions reflect the agency's commitment to nurturing talent from within and ensuring a robust leadership structure. The changes come in the wake of RevHealth's acquisition by WindRose Health Investors in 2022 and the subsequent appointment of Beckley as CEO in 2024. This restructuring aims to create a dynamic culture that attracts top-tier talent and clients, ultimately enhancing the agency's ability to tackle challenges in the healthcare marketing sector.
