In Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, a training program focused on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act was conducted at Government PM Shri School in Gwaltoli. This initiative was part of the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign, aimed at educating school girls about their rights and the legal consequences of sexual offences against minors. The program was overseen by local officials, including collector Sonia Meena and district programme officer Lalit Deharia. During the session, the girls learned about the distinction between good touch and bad touch, emphasizing the importance of recognizing inappropriate behavior. They were encouraged to report any incidents of harassment to trusted adults, including parents, teachers, and Child Helpline services.
