No injuries reported after southern Minnesota building collapses

In a separate incident occurring in San Jose, California, fire personnel were dispatched to investigate a partial roof collapse at an industrial recycling facility on Friday afternoon. This event took place at 215 Leo St. in an industrial neighborhood near the city’s Spartan Keyes area. Initial reports indicated that search teams found no victims at the location; all employees at the ATT Recycling, Inc., also known as Leo Recycle, were accounted for. However, officials were uncertain if other patrons or visitors were present at the time of the incident. On the scene, at least seven units from the San Jose Fire Department were deployed to conduct a thorough search for any potential victims. In light of the circumstances, fire officials requested the assistance of drones and search dogs to comb through the debris and ensure safety. As the firefighting efforts progressed, drone technology was utilized for visual and thermal reconnaissance to assess the condition of the collapsed roof. By around 5:30 p.m., fire officials confirmed that no one was trapped beneath the debris, allowing crews to begin demobilizing.
