Dallas County Polling Location Closed for 2024 Election

The church's decision was not influenced by the current political climate, according to church representative McGuire, who emphasized the challenges faced by parents during busy voting periods. The church community is disappointed but believes this choice is in the best interest of their operations. As a result of this closure, Dallas County has designated a new polling location at Northway Christian Church, located nearby, to accommodate voters during the election period. The church leadership indicated that this decision is likely temporary, expressing pride in their long-standing role in civic engagement within the community.
