Spencer Matthews Struggles with Desert Marathon and Fly Bites

He revealed that standing still is nearly impossible due to relentless fly attacks, leading to extreme exhaustion. Matthews described the struggle of waking up stiff and achy after a night of inadequate sleep, emphasizing the toll the environment takes on his body. Matthews acknowledged that without this support, he would struggle to continue the demanding task.
