Family Searches for Missing Dad in Cannonvale

A frantic search is currently underway for Joel Pringle, a 40-year-old father of two, who has been missing for four days in Queensland's Whitsundays region. Pringle was last seen at his home on Waite Creek Court, Cannonvale, around 4:30 PM on Monday. His vehicle, a white Holden Crewman ute with Queensland registration 403KA2, is also unaccounted for, raising concerns among family and friends. Relatives have expressed deep worry for Pringle's safety, noting that his phone was last detected at 6 AM on Tuesday in the Mt Julian/Conway National Park area. Road cameras indicate he has not left the vicinity, prompting family members to conduct their own searches. A relative mentioned online that the search area is vast, but they believe he could be on a road within the National Park. In response to the situation, local residents are mobilizing to organize volunteers and drones to assist in the search efforts. The National Park covers approximately 75 kilometers along the coastline, making the search challenging.
