This team will oversee operations in the Roanoke Valley, New River Valley, and Lynchburg markets. Chris Shockley, President/CEO of Virginia Credit Union, emphasized the importance of local decision-making and community engagement in meeting the unique needs of these areas. Tim Rowe, a 38-year veteran of Member One, will serve as Market President, focusing on member services, employee engagement, and community involvement. Jean Hopstetter, with nearly 30 years in the credit union industry, will take on the role of Senior Executive Vice President & Merger Integration Executive, leading the integration efforts of the newly merged organization.
