Kylie Minogue's wine business has continued to grow, with UK sales reaching £34 million for the year ending October 5, 2023, an increase from £28 million the previous year. Launched four years ago, the brand has quickly made a mark, selling nearly 17 million bottles globally. The singer's regular sparkling wine remains popular, while the no and low alcohol segment has also seen a significant rise in sales, increasing from £1.7 million to £3.2 million. This surge aligns with Gen Z's increasing preference for teetotal alternatives to avoid hangovers. Georgina Haughton, head of wine buying at Sainsbury's, notes that Kylie Minogue's extensive development of her wine range appeals to consumers across generations, combining quality with affordability. In a move to expand her offerings, Minogue is launching a new sparkling white wine, further catering to the evolving tastes of younger drinkers who are shifting away from traditional alcohol consumption.
