McDonald's Opens New Space-Themed Restaurant in San Antonio

CosMc’s, a new beverage-led restaurant concept from McDonald's, has launched its fourth storefront in San Antonio, Texas, marking a significant expansion for the brand. The grand opening event took place on August 10 and 11, where attendees were treated to free samples of menu items and exclusive merchandise for the first 100 customers each day. This San Antonio location is notable for featuring an outdoor patio designed to enhance the dining experience, particularly during the evening hours. The new restaurant offers a variety of service options, including a drive-thru, kiosks, counter service, and in-app ordering, catering to diverse customer preferences. To further engage patrons, CosMc’s has introduced a loyalty program called CosMc’s Club, which provides members with a complimentary welcome drink upon signing up, a free birthday gift, and points for every purchase made. CosMc’s began its journey with a limited test run, opening its first location in Bolingbrook, Illinois, followed by additional sites in Arlington, Dallas, and Watauga, Texas. The company plans to expand further, with six more locations set to open in the Dallas and San Antonio metro areas in the coming months. Among the unique offerings at CosMc’s is the Sprite Moonsplash, a refreshing drink that combines Sprite with citrus and sweet vanilla flavors, garnished with dried blueberries and a lemon wheel. Other menu highlights include the Sour Cherry Energy Burst, Churro Cold Brew Frappé, and Popping Pear Slush, all aimed at providing a delightful experience for McDonald’s fans.
