Following Green Bay, Sioux City, Iowa, shares the second spot in affordability. Known for its central location in the state, Sioux City offers a favorable housing market, while Wichita, Kansas, also tied for second place, is recognized as the "air capital of the world." The report highlights Wichita's low median home sales price of $210,000 as of March 2023, making it an attractive option for prospective homebuyers.
