Lara Basini-Millar, known online as midwifemillar, has alleged that a group of fellow midwives formed a WhatsApp chat to criticize her social media videos, leading to what she describes as a "witch hunt." Her videos provide practical advice on pregnancy and labor, emphasizing the importance of women voicing their concerns during medical care. Basini-Millar asserts that her insights stem from personal experience, aiming to empower women in their maternity journeys. Despite her intentions, Basini-Millar faced backlash from colleagues who deemed her content unprofessional and damaging to the reputation of their trust.
