14-Year-Old Arrested for Deadly Hit-and-Run

Milwaukee authorities have revealed the extensive criminal history of a 14-year-old boy who was involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident on June 27, which resulted in the death of a motorcyclist. The boy is currently in custody and faces a staggering 25 charges, 24 of which are felonies, stemming from a series of violent crimes including armed robberies and auto thefts. The boy's criminal activities began with an attempted car theft, where he and another teen threatened two women with implied firearms before stealing their vehicle. This incident was followed by a reported armed robbery of another teen just two weeks later. Shortly after turning 14 on July 13, the boy escalated his criminal behavior, committing three armed robberies within minutes on July 24, targeting individuals outside a bar and a hotel. On July 26, the situation intensified when the boy shot at a man at a gas station and subsequently stole his car. Following this, he attempted to break into another vehicle while evading police. The boy's criminal record also includes an armed carjacking and robbery from the previous September, highlighting a troubling pattern of violent behavior at a young age. Currently, the teen is being held on a $200,000 bond as the community grapples with the implications of such a young individual engaging in serious criminal activities.
