Dar Global announces $1 billion Trump Plaza project in Jeddah

In Saudi Arabia, Dar Global, a London-listed luxury real estate developer, unveiled its plans for a significant new project called Trump Plaza in the Red Sea city of Jeddah. This development, estimated at $1 billion, marks the second collaboration between Dar Global and the Trump Organization. The announcement of this project comes in the context of the ongoing growth of luxury real estate in the region, particularly surrounding urban revitalization and increased investment in tourism and hospitality. The precise location of Trump Plaza will be along King Abdulaziz Road, strategically positioned in the heart of Jeddah.
