Contango starts second gold production campaign at Manh Choh mine

On September 9, 2024, Contango ORE, Inc. announced the commencement of its second gold production campaign at the Manh Choh mine, utilizing the Kinross Fort Knox mill in Fairbanks, Alaska. This campaign follows the successful processing of ore from the first campaign and is part of a broader strategy to enhance gold production. Contango has engaged SRK Consulting Canada Inc. to conduct a Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Johnson Tract project, utilizing a Direct Shipping Ore approach. The company has also completed half of its planned surface drilling program for 2024, which remains on schedule and budget.
