Lenovo unveils innovative ThinkBook AI PC concept at tech event

Lenovo has introduced the ThinkBook Auto Twist AI PC, a concept laptop featuring a unique motorized hinge that allows the screen to rotate 360 degrees and lay flat for tablet use. This innovative design is particularly beneficial for users who frequently give presentations, as it can respond to voice commands and automatically adjust its position. Additionally, the device enhances security by closing the lid when the user walks away, integrating basic AI functionalities through its Neural Processing Unit (NPU). Alongside the ThinkBook, Lenovo has launched the Aura Edition series, which includes the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13 and Yoga Slim 7i. These laptops are distinguished by their enhanced software capabilities, which offer a more tailored user experience compared to standard Windows features. The Aura Edition laptops include functionalities like attention timers, notification silencing, and user-defined collaboration settings that utilize Windows Studio Effects. The ThinkPad Carbon Gen 13 Aura Edition is expected to be available in November, starting at a price of $1,999, while the Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition will ship this month, beginning at $1,299.
