Former council offices set to become luxury spa hotel in Cheltenham

In September 2024, Cheltenham Borough Council put the former Municipal Offices, a Grade II-listed building, on the market. Since then, the council has selected Almiranta Capital as the preferred bidder for the redevelopment of this historical site. The planned project includes transforming the council offices into a luxury spa hotel that will feature 125 rooms, a spa, and event space.
