He is promoting the production alongside notable figures such as Love Island host Maya Jama and rapper Little Simz. Playwright Benedict Lombe has made history as the third black British woman to have a production staged in the West End. Elba highlighted that while the cast is predominantly black, the narrative transcends racial boundaries, making it relatable to all audiences.
