This new facility, located at 1 Heritage Drive, represents a significant investment of over $19 million, marking the largest improvement project of its kind in New England. The modern headquarters is designed to support Granite's innovative vision, known as "Granite 2.0," and includes advanced features such as a Network Operations Center (NOC) and product labs. These enhancements aim to improve service delivery and enable the company to provide tailored solutions for both enterprise businesses and government agencies. Granite has experienced substantial growth since its founding in 2002, expanding from a small team to over 2,200 employees and generating $1.8 billion in annual revenue. The company serves a diverse clientele, including more than two-thirds of Fortune 100 companies, and manages 1.75 million voice and data lines across 650,000 locations. Granite's service offerings encompass a wide range of solutions, including access, UCaaS, mobile voice and data, and managed services for SD-WAN, monitoring, and network management.
