Maryland Italian Festival at Harford County Equestrian Center, Sept 27-29

The Galbani Maryland Italian Festival is set to return to the Harford County Equestrian Center from September 27 to September 29, marking its second year as Maryland's largest Italian festival. This year, the festival has expanded significantly, nearly doubling the number of food and beverage vendors, which will enhance the culinary experience for attendees. The event aims to celebrate Italian-American culture through various activities and entertainment options. Headlining the festival is Grammy and Golden Globe Artist Frank Stallone, who will perform alongside a 10-piece band, bringing his best hits to the stage. In addition to live music, the festival will feature carnival rides suitable for all ages, ensuring a fun-filled atmosphere for families and friends. The newly-built bocce courts will be open for play on Friday, while Sunday will host a regional bocce tournament for Special Olympics teams, promoting inclusivity and community spirit. On Sunday, a mass will be held at St. Margaret's Parish at 10 a.m., adding a spiritual element to the festivities. Festival organizers encourage visitors to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the performances and activities comfortably.
