Belgrade and Pristina negotiators to meet in Brussels soon

Miroslav Lajcak, the European Union envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, announced that a meeting between the chief negotiators from Belgrade and Pristina is set to take place in Brussels. This decision was made during a meeting with Besnik Bislimi, the deputy prime minister of Kosovo, in Pristina. While the exact date of the meeting remains undisclosed, Lajcak emphasized the importance of coordination with other parties involved. The discussions also included the opening of the bridge on the Ibar River in Kosovska Mitrovica, which Lajcak stated should only occur in collaboration with Pristina's international partners. European Commission spokesman Peter Stano confirmed Lajcak's upcoming visit to Pristina but noted that there are no current plans for him to visit Belgrade.
