They were last seen in the company of 55-year-old Constance Franks, who reportedly left the area on foot with the children, prompting the police to issue an Amber Alert for their safe return. The Amber Alert, issued on Sunday, indicated that Franks was considered a suspect and the children were thought to be at risk. The police described Isabella as a Black female standing 4 feet tall and weighing 50 pounds. She has dark brown eyes and braided hair, and was last seen wearing a red Winnie the Pooh shirt alongside black shorts. Meischon is described as a 4-foot-tall Black male weighing approximately 40 pounds, with brown eyes and hair styled in braids, last spotted in a red Spider-Man shirt and black shorts. Alona, the youngest child, was last seen in a red Winnie the Pooh shirt and black shorts as well, standing at 3 feet and weighing 35 pounds. California Highway Patrol officials identified Franks, the babysitter, as a Black female, around 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds, with red and black hair. She was last seen dressed in a white tank top, tan dress, and brown UGG boots. The initial police report raised concerns regarding the children's wellbeing, indicating that they may have been taken against their will. Fortunately, authorities confirmed on Sunday afternoon that the three children were found safe, although it remains unclear whether Constance Franks has been located or apprehended.
