Drug sting leads to arrests at Lake Oswego home

On a Thursday morning, a coordinated operation involving tactical units, local police, and a regional narcotics team led to the arrest of six individuals at a residence in the Rivergrove neighborhood of Lake Oswego. During the search, law enforcement discovered a significant cache of illegal substances, including fentanyl, marijuana, and equipment for manufacturing Butane Hash Oil, a concentrated form of THC. Additionally, officers seized a firearm, body armor, and stolen property, indicating a serious level of criminal activity at the location. The homeowner, 49-year-old George F Brice IV, was among those arrested and faces multiple charges, including possession and distribution of fentanyl, as well as unlawful manufacture of marijuana. Five other individuals were also taken into custody, each facing various drug-related charges and probation violations. The ages of the arrested individuals ranged from 36 to 44, highlighting a diverse group involved in the alleged drug operations.
