Jordan is demanding that Loren Merchan provide all contracts and invoices related to Authentic Campaigns' work for the Biden and Harris campaigns from January 1, 2023, to the present. Additionally, he seeks documents and communications involving her firm and any discussions related to Trump’s indictment and conviction, particularly those that may involve her father, Judge Merchan. This investigation highlights the intersection of politics and the judiciary, as questions of impartiality and potential bias come to the forefront in a high-profile legal case involving a former president.
