On September 13, 2024, Barrow Hanley Global Investors announced the appointment of Kathrine Husvaeg as Managing Director, overseeing operations in the UK and EMEA regions. With over 20 years of experience in investment management, she previously held a significant role at Russell Investments in London, where she co-headed Equity Portfolio Management. Her extensive background includes managing equity mandates and leading a global team across EMEA and Asia Pacific, which positions her well for her new responsibilities. In her new role, Husvaeg will also serve as a Client Portfolio Manager, collaborating with Barrow Hanley's investment team to enhance portfolio management and strengthen client relationships.
