Sen. Marco Rubio Introduces U.S.-India Defense Cooperation Act

On Thursday, Senator Marco Rubio unveiled the U.S.-India Defense Cooperation Act, aimed at strengthening the partnership between the United States and India in response to growing Chinese influence in the region.
