In his post, Fassnidge recounted the moment leading up to the fall, explaining that he was directed to go left by the producer, unaware of the open manhole. This is not the first time the chef has faced a health scare; he previously rushed to the hospital during a family vacation in Thailand after injuring his leg while kayaking with his daughter.
