O’Such for nearly three decades, who expressed his family's fondness for the property in a recent statement, highlighting their extensive renovations that embraced an Arts and Crafts style. The expansive 4,500 square-foot home is set on an 11,400 square-foot lot and features three stories. O’Such emphasized the inviting nature of the property, which reflects the old-world charm of Carmel. The outdoor courtyard includes a dining area with a firepit and a private walkway leading to the nearby Carmel Beach, enhancing the home's appeal for entertaining and relaxation.
