FORT WORTH — R&B artist Chris Brown is facing a lawsuit following an alleged brutal assault on several men after his concert in Fort Worth. The lawsuit, filed by The Buzbee Law Firm on behalf of four plaintiffs, claims that after the show, attendees were invited backstage to Brown's VIP area, an event promoted by LiveNation. Tensions escalated when a member of Brown's entourage reportedly reminded him of a past conflict, prompting Brown to allegedly instruct his entourage to attack. According to court documents, as the plaintiffs attempted to leave, Brown and approximately seven to ten members of his entourage pursued them into a hallway. The lawsuit details a violent scene where one member, known as Sinko, allegedly punched one plaintiff in the chest, while another, identified as Hood Boss, threw a chair at him. The assault reportedly continued for over ten minutes, with the plaintiffs enduring punches, kicks, and severe physical injuries. The lawsuit highlights Brown's troubling history, noting that he has faced multiple allegations of violence and has been arrested or accused of assault on at least ten occasions. The plaintiffs are seeking $50 million in damages, aiming to hold Brown, three members of his entourage, and LiveNation accountable for the alleged attack. The Buzbee Law Firm expressed hope that the lawsuit would not only provide justice for the victims but also help curb what they describe as "intolerable and thuggish behavior" associated with Brown.
