TUS Airways launches budget flights to Europe from Israel

TUS Airways, a newly licensed airline in Israel, is a Cyprus-based carrier that operates short flights primarily to Cyprus and the Greek island of Crete. The airline was fully acquired by the Israeli company Holiday Lines Group early this year, marking a significant investment in Israel's civil aviation sector. They current operate a fleet of four Airbus A320 aircraft and have recently appointed Nir Dagan, the former head of Arkia Airlines, as their CEO. TUS Airways is actively preparing to expand its services and plans on introducing new destinations across major European capitals including Berlin, Prague, Rome, Sofia, and Vienna by the second quarter of 2026.
