However, instead of returning the boy after comforting him, Agba walked away from the mother, which initiated a chaotic scene as she resisted the mother's attempts to reclaim her child. The situation escalated as the mother followed Agba, requesting the return of her son. Agba reportedly claimed, "No, this is my child," while wrapping her legs and arms around the boy to prevent him from escaping. During this confrontation, Agba pushed the child's mother away when she tried to retrieve her son and forcibly retained the boy's legs.
