Isabel Lucas, the Australian actress known for her role in 'Home and Away', has decided to sell her property in Byron Bay, Australia, as she establishes a new life in the United States with her partner, filmmaker Cyrus Sutton. The property, named Sea Eagle, is situated on a large 1,080sqm block near Tallow Beach and offers direct beach access through Arakwal National Park. It features a three-level design with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces that reflect the relaxed lifestyle of Byron Bay. The home is being marketed as a potential permanent residence, holiday home, or investment opportunity. Lucas has maintained some ties to Australia, retaining a small hinterland acreage in Federal, which she purchased for $1.775 million in 2023. Despite her move to the US, where she and Sutton are focused on wellness and environmental advocacy, Lucas has not completely stepped away from acting. She has expressed interest in returning to the screen, provided the right roles and projects come along. Previously, she had attempted to sell the Byron Bay property in 2022 but withdrew it after just two weeks. Lucas has been vocal about her views on Australia's COVID-19 lockdown policies, which has contributed to her decision to relocate.
