UEFA and CONCACAF have written to FIFA President Gianni Infantino demanding that FIFA pay $10 million from its cash reserves to each of its 211 member associations. This request, made in a joint letter, comes after Infantino's aborted plan to sell a stake in a new commercial entity, FIFA Forward Enterprise, which was scrapped due to opposition. The letter also calls for a full financial analysis and is part of a broader power struggle ahead of the FIFA presidential election. The demand totals $2.1 billion and would be in addition to regular funding.
