This statement was made during an appearance on Bill Maher's podcast "Club Random." Elizabeth, whose divorce was finalized in May, expressed a deep distrust of people, saying, "I do not want to date. There's too many people I don't trust." Maher, however, was skeptical that her ban on dating would last, suggesting that he knows her better than she thinks, though he admitted he doesn't.

Elizabeth's decision comes at a time when she has been focusing on rebuilding her financial stability. She revealed that for the past ten years, she has been living mostly off her savings because she hasn't been as focused on work. Her OnlyFans venture has provided her with a new source of income, giving her the freedom to choose projects based on her interests rather than financial necessity. She stated, "To be able to get myself back to the point where I'm not struggling and am able to choose projects because I like them and not because I need the money — it's definitely giving me more freedom to do that."

On OnlyFans, Elizabeth creates a variety of content and is still exploring her boundaries. She said, "I do all kinds of content, but I don't even know what my boundaries will be. I'm still exploring it, and as I become more comfortable with it, I'm going to push those boundaries." A portion of her earnings from the platform goes to her wildlife conservation nonprofit, which adds a philanthropic element to her venture.

Elizabeth has addressed potential criticism of her involvement with OnlyFans, acknowledging that people often make assumptions about creators on the platform. However, she has received supportive and kind feedback from her audience. She said, "I know people do make assumptions about creators on the platform. And people have been nothing but really supportive and kind to me. I'm connecting with people. And I think no matter what you do in any industry, there's always going to be people who don't support you, who want to bring you down or who criticize you." She also offered advice to other actresses considering OnlyFans: "Just do it. And if you don't like it, you just stop. That's the beauty of it. So if you want to do it for one month, do it for a month."
