Inbetweeners creators say some fan-favorite characters will not appear in new Netflix film

The creators of the British sitcom The Inbetweeners, Iain Morris and Damon Beesley, have confirmed that filming has begun on a third feature film for Netflix. The original lead actors Simon Bird, Joe Thomas, Blake Harrison, and James Buckley will return. However, the creators have stated that some fan-favorite characters, potentially including Emily Atack's Charlotte Hinchcliffe, will not appear due to script constraints. They urged fans to avoid online speculation and leaked set photos. The franchise's previous two films grossed over £100m combined at the UK box office.
