Danielle Adewusi of Lagos wins Miss Universe Nigeria 2026 pageant

Danielle Adewusi, representing Lagos State, was crowned Miss Universe Nigeria 2026 at the grand finale held at the Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. She defeated 19 other contestants after impressing judges with her confidence, intelligence, and commitment to social impact. The event took place on a Sunday, following weeks of competition. Adewusi will represent Nigeria at the 75th Miss Universe Festival in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on November 24, and will promote her women's health advocacy project, "Scrub the Stigma."
