Huawei Cloud launches AI Cluster Service globally at HUAWEI CONNECT 2026 in China

On September 18, 2026, at HUAWEI CONNECT 2026 in Shanghai, China, Huawei Cloud announced the global launch of its AI Cluster Service (AICS), a new infrastructure service for agentic AI. The AICS features a five-level fast recovery mechanism, supports over 40 days of stable training, and delivers 20% higher token throughput than the previous generation. It will be available in China on September 30 and internationally on November 30. Huawei Cloud also highlighted its Agentic MaaS platform and the expansion of its Industry AI Foundry with new Smart Government and AI Hardware zones.
