Iran's intelligence services, including the IRGC and Ministry of Intelligence, have orchestrated attacks and plots against Jewish and Israeli targets in several countries, using criminal networks as proxies. In Sweden, a diplomat was expelled; in Australia, a kosher restaurant and synagogue were attacked; in the U.S., an IRGC asset was charged with plotting murder; in Britain, HAYI was sanctioned for attacks. Canada warned of similar threats. Responses have been limited to sanctions and diplomatic actions.
