Arab radio and television festival to open in Tunisia with star performances

The Arab States Broadcasting Union will hold the 26th Arab Radio and Television Festival in Tunisia from September 21 to 24, 2026, under the slogan “The Pulse of the Image, the Echo of the Future.” The opening ceremony at the Ancient Theatre of Carthage will feature performances by Syrian singer Nassif Zeytoun and Iraqi artist Rahma Riad, along with tributes to media figures from nine Arab countries. The closing ceremony at the Opera Theatre in Tunis will premiere the musical work “Safir Ilayka wa Ghanni” and announce winners of radio, television, and new media competitions.
