Braves place Reynaldo López on injured list with shoulder inflammation

The Atlanta Braves placed right-handed pitcher Reynaldo López on the 15-day injured list on Tuesday due to right shoulder inflammation. The 35-year-old had a 4.54 ERA in 79 1/3 innings this season, but struggled since returning from a knee injury, posting a 12.91 ERA in his last three appearances.
