New York Jets extend NFL record without an interception to 20 games

The New York Jets, an American football team, have set an NFL record by going 20 consecutive games without an interception. The streak continued during a Week 3 loss to the Detroit Lions, leaving the team with a 1-2 record. Despite the defensive drought, the Jets have shown improvement, allowing 20.3 points per game. Quarterback Geno Smith has performed well, completing 77 of 102 passes for 783 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions. Head coach Aaron Glenn, a former defensive back, has expressed frustration but remains optimistic about closing the gap to success.
